Quartz Option
Your photographer will take a minimum of 200 images at your wedding venue, before and after your service. You will receive a set of digital proofs of all pictures taken, which will be a variation of traditional and reportage style shots. Your package will include 30 professional quality prints supplied in luxury folders. No album.

Amethyst Option
Your photographer will start by taking pre-wedding shots at the bride’s house, then at the wedding venue, plus further shots at the reception. An unlimited amount of shots will be taken, from which you will receive a full set of digital proofs. Your package will include 40 professional quality prints which will be a mixture of colour, sepia and black and white, supplied in luxury folders. No album.

Amethyst Plus Option
As above, but with a high resolution CD set of all shots taken instead of the 40 prints.

Diamond Option
Your photographer will start by taking pre-wedding shots at the bride’s house, then at the wedding venue, plus further shots at the reception. An unlimited amount of shots will be taken, from which you will receive a full set of CD proofs. Your package will include 40 professional quality prints which will be a mixture of colour, sepia and black and white, supplied in a reportage album of your choice (avanta range). You will also receive a high resolution CD of all shots taken.

Platinum Option
Your photographer will start by taking pre-wedding shots at the bride’s house, then at the wedding venue, plus further shots at the reception. An unlimited amount of shots will be taken, from which you will receive a full set of CD proofs. Your package will include 60 photographs which will be a mixture of colour, sepia and black and white, supplied in a 40 page top quality Graphi magazine album (25 x 35 size). You will also receive a high resolution CD of all shots taken.

Firestone Option
Your photographer will start by taking pre-wedding shots at the bride’s house, then at the wedding venue, plus further shots at the reception. An unlimited amount of shots will be taken, from which you will receive a full set of CD proofs. Your package will include 80-90 photographs which will be a mixture of colour, sepia and black and white, supplied in a 60 page top quality Graphi magazine album (45 x 35 size). You will also receive a high resolution CD of all shots taken.

Additional Extras

The logistics or geography of some weddings means that sometimes your photographer will be unable to be with both the bridal party and the groomsmen's party prior to the service. If you require an additional photographer to cover this, or if you simply need two photographers because your invite list is very large, then one can be arranged for you. Please request a customised quotation.

Turnaround Times

A common question received from many couples is regarding how long after the wedding can they expect their photos. We work hard here to beat the industry standard turnaround time of 8 weeks for retouched image sets, with a typical 4 weeks turnaround from October to May inclusive. Between June and September this extends to around 6 weeks, and this is purely due to the fact that this is 'high-wedding season' and popular photographers are rarely in the office to carry out the editing. These turnaround times are not guaranteed as other things such as holidays and illness may affect them. Albums tend to take between 8 to 12 weeks to manufacture, once any artwork has been approved by the client.

No travel costs apply if within a 30 mile journey each way. Excess mileage may be charged at 44p per mile, depending on the package option.
